We are seeking a detail-driven and organised Stock Controller to join our Distribution team at our Truganina, Victoria site on a permanent full-time basis. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing all functions of stock, spares and equipment -keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently every day.

Daily Tasks
Managing all functions of stock, spares and equipment to support sustainable operations
Tracking and recording inventory spending and stock levels through the Maximo Computerised Management System
Maintaining accurate record keeping for financial budget accruals within Maximo
Liaising daily with the Procurement Administrator across PO transactions, delivery receipting and goods returns
Standardising mandatory stock control procedures in collaboration with the Engineering Manager
Maintaining an effective, optimal and safe stores management system
Receiving, storing, issuing and recording the traceability of all raw materials, fluids, equipment, spares, tools, PPE, consumables and client-provided materials on site
You will bring to this role
Experience in a stores or warehouse environment, ideally within food or heavy industry in a high-speed setting
Experience operating a computerised stores management system - Maximo experience highly regarded
Strong computer skills including MS Excel (essential) and confidence with web-based applications, ERP systems and email
Current and full Victorian Driver's Licence
Forklift Driving Licence - advantageous
Working at Heights / Elevated Platform certification for loading operations
Sound knowledge of stores management techniques, inventory management and mandatory stock counting procedures
A logical, structured and disciplined approach to data management, record keeping and filing
High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to ownership of the stores domain
