Your opportunity to join our team
The Electrician Team Lead will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
Responsibilities include
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and emergency repairs on plant machinery, production lines, and facility systems.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems as required.
- Diagnose faults and effectively troubleshoot electrical and automation issues.
- Maintain and update electrical schematics and documentation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedules and safety requirements.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
You will bring to this role
- Current EWRB registration with a minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment - MUST HAVE
- Experience with automated control systems (PLC, SCADA, VSD & Servo Drives)
- Familiarity with maintenance management Systems (CMMS)
- Mechanical aptitude or dual-trade experience is an advantage
