We’re on the lookout for reliable, physically fit individuals to join our Catching Team at our Breeder Farms. As a Breeder Catcher, you’ll play a key role in the safe handling and transport of poultry, while also assisting with shed clean-outs when needed.

This is a practical, physical role that requires stamina, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Catching and handling birds with care

• Loading birds safely into transport modules

• Cleaning sheds using water blasters and other equipment

• Following all Animal Welfare protocols

• Working collaboratively within a supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual team members

• Physically fit – able to lift up to 4 birds at once

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to work early mornings and occasional Saturdays

Role Details:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Rostered Monday to Saturday (early starts)

• Flexibility is essential – weekend work may be required
