In this pivotal role, you’ll support and coordinate environmental compliance and sustainability programs across our operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver our environmental management plan, minimise environmental impacts, and contribute to building a culture of sustainability.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating environmental audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Supporting the design and implementation of environmental management plans.
• Driving initiatives to reduce waste, control pollution, and conserve resources.
• Lead the wastewater team and associated activities.
• Identifying environmental risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Leading training and awareness sessions for operational teams.
• Championing continuous improvement and sustainability KPIs.

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (FMCG, manufacturing, or civil projects an advantage)
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence positive change.
