Are you a natural leader with a focus on safety, quality, and animal welfare? Join our team as a Catching Team Leader and play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our people and birds during pickup and drop-off operations.
This role will see you:
- Supervise and support your team throughout the catching process
- Ensure sites are set up to the highest health, safety, and animal welfare standards
- Monitor bird condition and maintain operational excellence
- Coach and train your team to deliver great results
- Keep processes running smoothly, even in fast-paced environments
What we are looking for:
- Previous leadership experience (essential)
- Manufacturing or poultry industry experience (preferred)
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
- Class 2 driver's licence (Class 5 preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on role.
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (Morning, afternoon & night shift)
