Your opportunity to join our team
The Export Customer Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting a portfolio of export customer accounts (including rendering), whilst managing all key export administrative functions from order to client delivery.
The role includes the following aspects:
- Export Administration – overseeing the administration of export orders from order receipt through to port delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and communication via systems such as IMPEX Docs.
- Market Access - Regularly reviewing market access requirements (OMARs), to support regulatory requirements into key export destinations. Maintaining and supporting a central repository of information for market regulatory requirements. Liaising with compliance and production to ensure market access and religious requirements are met.
- Account Support – Provide customer support to key accounts, including our NZ based Pacific Island traders and rendering clients.
This varied role offers the opportunity to build export knowledge, whilst contributing to business growth by supporting the Head of Business Development & Growth , in key administrative functions and client backup support of Ingham’s export clients.
You will bring to this role
- Strong people skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in export account management, preferably within the primary food production or FMCG sector.
- Sound understanding of export documentation, logistics processes, and international customer service.
- Experience in new product development support is advantageous.
