To provide excellent customer service by accurately processing orders, managing credit claims, customer complaints and promptly handling enquiries to support Inghams’ customer satisfaction goals.

This is a fulltime office based position.

Hours: 06h00am - 02h30pm

Responsibilities include

• Deliver a high level of service to all our customers both internal and external to the business.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the customer experience
• Efficiently process orders and queries to meet daily deadlines.
• Manage credit claims accurately within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate data in sales/order systems to ensure correct product dispatch.

You will bring to this role

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesale operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/order software.
• Able to work independently and handle tasks.
• Proven ability to manage customer issues in a fast-paced setting
