Job Description

As a Senior Commercial Analyst reporting to the General Manager - Finance you'll deliver actionable financial analysis, support strategic decision-making, and help unlock new business opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and the wider business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement are delivered.

With many moving parts this role will see you; 

  • Present and interpret financial results to guide business decisions
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Conduct SKU profitability reviews and analyse operational performance
  • Support capital expenditure proposals and post-implementation reviews
  • Drive financial controls, audits, and compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams on commercial deals involving By-products and Ingredients

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or agriculture sectors
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in Excel and Power BI
  • Proactive, analytical, and commercially savvy
  • Excellent communicator and team player with sharp problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
