Day shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Afternoon shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Processing, inspecting, and packing raw chicken meat.
• Manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
• Working in a cold, wet environment (2-14°C) for the duration of your shift.
• Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools.
• Identifying and reporting Animal Welfare, food safety & quality issues.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• A team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Reliable, committed and motivated.
• Physically fit and able to repetitively lift 5kg-15kg.
• Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand and be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
