Job Description
PLEASE NOTE - This role is not your average Trainer role and you will be expected to actively be present in the Poultry Plant most days The preferred candidate will have previous Processing Plant experience and understand SWP's
The role will need someone who is an excellent listener and coach to others. You will be compaasionate and caring and thrive on others success.
Key Deliverables
Implement and coordinate new starter departmental on-boarding and training programs to ensure skill progression and depth within assigned departments.
Coordinate and assist production to ensure all SWP’s are relevant and training and records are up to dates.
Assist with Learning & Development initiatives e.g. literacy & numeracy.
Liaise with Health & Safety and Quality departments regarding awareness and support with training
Qualification Upskilling
A bit more about you
Previous experience within a Training environment
Experience in a Production environment with a excellent knowledge of production processes and procedures.
Experience with LMS or other platforms will be an advantage
Excellent command of the English language
Very good Computer skills - Microsft Suite
