Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Night Shift Admin to join our Distribution Centre team. You'll provide essential administrative support to our DC operations, managing FOS orders, invoicing, driver coordination, and general administrative functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a dedicated night shift team.

Location: Waharoa Distribution Centre

Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00 pm -10:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Process FOS orders and invoice orders as directed by the Team Leader
  • Manage driver documentation, induction, and collection procedures

  • Ensure all drivers sign for correct documentation and coordinate data transfer to carriers

  • Handle general admin duties including phone support, email management, scanning, and printing

  • Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies

About you

  • Previous administrative experience (highly valued)
  • Understanding of dispatch and/or logistics operations

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Driven and motivated to achieve continuous improvement
