About the Role

Join the Inghams team and keep our feed mill running through the night. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll be responsible for producing quality feed to meet production orders in a timely and efficient manner playing a key part in keeping our birds healthy and our operations on track.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am (Night Shift)

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating feed mill machinery to produce feed orders accurately and on time
• Carrying out quality checks on raw dietary materials and finished feed products prior to dispatch
• Performing general maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and disruptions
• Reprocessing any feed that doesn't meet quality standards, minimising waste
• Working collaboratively with your team and reporting quality issues to the Team Leader
• Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - essential
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Knowledge of the stockfeed or poultry industry is an advantage
• A reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach
