Daily Tasks 

• Forklift operating 

• High-reach forklift operation, 7 bays high, single bay deep. 

• Both pallet and unit picking and packing using RF scanning and high-reach RC and RM forklifts for both warehouse and truck loading/unloading operations 

• Completing manual handling duties  

• Working within a freezer/chiller environment  

• Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools  

• Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality, hazard, and risk issues to the relevant leadership teams 

You will bring to this role 

• Previous RC and/or RM stand-up forklift experience desirable 

• Warehouse and/or Distribution experience or similar required 

• Understand and follow instructions and procedures 

• Work well independently, within a team environment  

• Communicate well both written and verbally   

• Showing commitment, reliability, and motivation  

• Respond calmly when faced with obstacles  

• Physically fit and repetitively lift 5kg-15kg   

• Flexibility to cover various shifts such as regular weekend work and public holidays
