Your Opportunity to Join our Team
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at our Lytton Distribution Centre, supporting our Weigh Labelling Room (WLR) operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

Daily Tasks
- Carrying out maintenance fitting duties across WLR equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime
- Working with labelling machinery, robotics, and conveyor systems
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance to support productivity
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Ordering parts and consumables as required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Working independently with minimal supervision when required
You Will Bring to this Role
- Trade qualification (minimum Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance or Machine Fitter in a production or industrial environment
- Experience working with labelling machinery, robots, and conveyor systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
- A proactive approach to safety and equipment reliability
- Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining productivity in a safe manner
