We are currently looking for Night Shift Line Operators to join our team at our Edinburgh Park Distribution Centre on a casual basis.
In this role, you will work in our Weigh & Label Room, operating our ESPROM machine to ensure products are accurately weighed, labelled, and prepared for distribution. This role plays an important part in making sure our customers receive products that meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, and food safety.
You will be working 9:00 pm – 5:00 am in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

Daily Tasks
- Operate the ESPROM weigh and label machine
- Accurately weigh and label poultry products ready for distribution
- Monitor machine performance and ensure labelling accuracy
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
- Work collaboratively with the distribution team to meet production targets
- Perform basic machine checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow site safety procedures and operational guidelines
You will bring to this role
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work night shift hours (9 pm – 5 am)
- Strong attention to detail when weighing and labelling products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
