Your opportunity to join our Sales team in North Ryde!

As National Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our Aldi and Costco accounts, providing administrative and account support while helping the team drive growth and deliver on ambitious sales targets.

We're looking for a bright, motivated graduate with 1–2 years' experience ideally in an FMCG environment.  This is the perfect next step for someone eager to deepen their retail expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and accountability as the primary administrative lead and point of contact for Aldi and Costco, working closely with the NAM and NBM
  • Drive robust forecasting and management of order requirements
  • Assist the team to deliver on budgeted volume, revenue and GM targets
  • Lead & create the promotional program with Aldi and Costco including:
    • promotional inputting into the system and being the key communicator cross-functionally, working with internal and customer sales teams and the revenue growth team
    • reviewing commercial ROI and providing recommendations on promotional feasibility
    • acting as the cross-functional link through the SOP process from initiating & removing promotional activity due to customer demand / raw material challenges or surplus
  • Be the key administrative link for range review implementation and support
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with internal stakeholders including commercial, category and replenishment / supply chain / forecasting
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to understand product gaps, profitability, NPD & key market opportunities
  • Manage weekly reports on business performance targets
  • Own the claims process and manage any exceptions through investigation to ensure all businesses are aligned
  • Manage internal pricing records

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a National Account Executive, Category, Sales or Marketing role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present confidently and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing competing deadlines
  • The curiosity to question and the courage to find the answers
  • A positive, driven attitude with genuine passion for what you do.
