Your opportunity to join our L&D team in NSW!

We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic Trainer Coordinator to join our national Learning & Development team.  Based at one of our friendly offices in Tahmoor, with travel required to other sites, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering key learning programs (both virtually and face-to-face) across NSW ensuring consistent, high-quality rollout and building strong local stakeholder relationships.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone early in their HR career to develop their L&D skills within a large business.  The ideal candidate will be a strong and confident communicator, able to relate to all levels of employees and deliver engaging learning experiences for our people!

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging learning programs across NSW sites in alignment with national frameworks
  • Build strong partnerships with local leaders and teams to ensure effective program uptake
  • Assist with coordinating national program delivery activities
  • Tailor delivery approaches to suit site-specific needs and operational contexts
  • Provide feedback and insights to the national L&D team to support continuous improvement
  • Participate in national projects and initiatives that enhance learning and capability development across the business
  • Support reporting, evaluation, and learner feedback loops to improve program impact
  • Travel across NSW and, if required, interstate to support program rollout

Key requirements:

  • Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in HR, learning delivery, facilitation, or L&D
  • Confident communicator and facilitator, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a national team
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across sites
  • Passionate about learning, development, and creating meaningful learner experiences
