We’re seeking Process Workers to join the Dispatch area of our Primary Processing Plant. In this casual role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods in and out of our facility. Day, afternoon, and night shifts are available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Daily Tasks

• Safely handle dispatch operations, including loading and unloading goods.
• Pick, pack, and wrap orders to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Verify and process outgoing orders and incoming materials accurately.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
• Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflows.
• Identify and escalate safety, quality, and operational concerns as needed.

You will bring to this role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting 5-15kg loads.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Forklift license holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
