Your opportunity to join us at Osborne Park!
As Replenishment Planner for WA, you will be based at our Osborne Park primary processing site and play an integral role in our planning and replenishment operations. Working closely with our site production teams and distribution centres nationally, you will ensure inventory is maintained, DC’s are replenished and waste is minimised in order to fulfil customer orders.
The ideal candidate will be site-based (minimum 3 days a week) at our Osborne Park primary processing site, or Hazelmere distribution centre, commencing around 6/6.30am daily.
Previous experience in a fast-paced food production environment will be highly regarded, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of excel.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate stock requirements at state and national levels and determine transfers around the national network
- Work closely with the wider replenishment, sales, DC and site-based planning teams, actioning product transfers around the network based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets
- Key transfer orders into the system
- Monitor the age of stock and inventory coverage and flag exceptions/triggering actions to reduce wastage/ improve service
- Be the key point of contact for all replenishment related queries for the State and support continuous improvement initiatives for the replenishment process
Key requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of planning and scheduling with previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to make recommendations and deliver efficiencies and cost savings
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent time management and organisational skills along with high attention to detail
- Superior communication skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders nationally
- An agile and flexible approach, able to navigate a large, complex FMCG business
