A rare opportunity now exists for a Customer Service Manager to join our national customer service team here at Inghams.

Based at Inghams Distribution Centre at Lytton, you will be one of five Customer Service Managers across Australia. A truly integral role that is the conduit between our Customers and Operations. Your team in QLD is established. All we need is you! A dedicated, experienced Customer Service Manager focussed on driving excellence with our customers at the forefront of every decision. 

Collaboration is key, and regular national calls with your counterparts across AUS will continue to drive customer excellence and continuous improvement here at Inghams.

Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with two days WFH.

Daily Tasks

  • Engage, lead, motivate, and develop your team through effective people management strategies whilst driving customer excellence.
  • Work cross functionally with different internal stakeholders to deliver communications
  • Drive daily performance of the Customer Service Team. Ensuring customer orders are actioned in a timely manner with operations.
  • Review, approve and submit rebates, accruals and general expenses.
  • Handle any customer escalations and feedback management

You will bring to this role

  • Previous management experience within a Customer Service setting is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in food manufacturing/short shelf life products or FMCG would be advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a national team
