We’re currently seeking reliable and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operators to join our Distribution Team at our Truganina site - Day shift (8:00am to 4:06pm) and Afternoon shift (1:00pm to 9:06pm). This role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive, team-driven environment where no two days are the same. You'll be contributing to the smooth and efficient movement of stock, helping us deliver high-quality products to customers across Australia.

Daily Tasks

• Operate side sit down high reach forklifts in a chiller or freezer environment
• Load/unload stock and stack pallets safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality control and accuracy checks
• Pick and pack using RF scanners
• Perform manual handling tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 kg)
• Support in machine operation and general process tasks
• Ensure labels are accurate and meet customer and compliance requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Identify and escalate any food safety or quality issues

You will bring to this role

• A valid forklift license with at least 3 continuous years of experience operating forklifts in warehousing or freezer environments
• Proven experience operating side sit down high reach forklifts (essential)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks in cold environments
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow processes and safety standards
• Positive team player attitude and good communication skills
