We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our Ingredients department at Murarrie, QLD. In this role, you will be supporting and developing staff, while ensuring the learners are engaged and participating in training to ensure maximum learning opportunities.

This hands-on role will require you to work Monday to Friday on a flexible roster to cover Morning and Afternoon shifts.

Daily Tasks: 

• Deliver high-quality training to new & existing staff  
• Provide training & development  
• Work as a supportive member of our fantastic team 
• Support growth through staff satisfaction 
• Support learners through active participation 
• Overcome learning barriers and adapt training to meet learner's needs 
• Have a genuine commitment to safety that is put into practice every day 
• Be able to create an engaging and memorable learning experience. 
• Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
