Your Opportunity to Join our Team
As an Electrical Team Leader, you'll be an essential part of our Maintenance team at the Primary Processing Plant in Murarrie. Your role will involve offering operational support and executing planned preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the facility.
*** This is a Monday to Friday - Afternoon Shift role (1:00pm to 9:36pm) ***

Daily Tasks
- Allocate daily tasks to Electricians
- Reviews Work Orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical input for scoping and planning.
- Ensures all LOTO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Review SWM’s and identify solutions to improve job safety and efficiency.
- Attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely manner
- Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime
- Identifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks.
- Maintain documentation and work order updates within Maximo
You will bring to this role
- Queensland Electrical license (required)
- Industrial experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance equipment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience with various Electric Motors, Control Systems & PLC’s would an advantage.
- Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Proven attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
- An active problem solver and quick thinker to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
