We are seeking dedicated WRL Operators to join our team at our Lytton site on the Afternoon Shift. In this hands-on role, you will support our Weigh Label Room operations by processing, inspecting, packing, weighing and labelling raw chicken meat.
We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and importantly, we are seeking someone who shows natural leadership potential. Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, supports others, and demonstrates the behaviours that could progress into a Leading Hand or Supervisor pathway.

Daily Tasks
- Working in a demanding FMCG environment, meeting customer expectations, delivery timings, order fulfilment and food safety HACCP programs
- Tending labelling lines and label applicators, performing processing tasks efficiently and meeting individual and team targets
- Processing, inspecting and packing raw chicken meat
- Manual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
- Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools
- Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks
You will bring to this role
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Commitment, reliability and motivation
- Ability to respond calmly when faced with obstacles
- Physically fit and able to repetitively lift 5kg – 15kg
- Flexibility to cover various shifts when required
- Prior forklift experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as taking initiative, supporting teammates, problem-solving and strong accountability
