We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 2IC Distribution Team Member (Afternoon Shift) to join our team in Sorell. In this specialist role, you'll play a key part in supporting distribution operations and assisting with team leadership responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
If you are self-motivated, can work independently, and have strong attention to detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work:
- Shift time: 5:00PM - 01:50AM (Monday to Friday) - Full time
- Availability to work 38hrs + overtime when required
- Weekend work required (every alternate Saturday during off-peak times, or every Saturday if required)
- Public holidays availability required (Christmas/Boxing Day/New Year etc.)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strategic thinking and decision making for daily distribution operations
- Managing daily operations and fostering positive work environments
- Operating handheld scanners for inventory management
- Ability to lift 15kg continuously throughout the shift
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Following health, safety, and quality procedures
- Forklift license with at least 1 year of experience (Essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency
