As our Multi-Trade Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to professional for keeping our properties in excellent condition. While plumbing forms the core of this position, you'll apply your diverse skill set across various maintenance disciplines, ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Daily Tasks
Primary Focus - Plumbing (60-70% of role):
- Conducting plumbing repairs and new installations
- Clearing blocked pipes, drains, and sewerage systems
- Performing minor roof repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and replacing gutters
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
Additional Multi-Trade Duties:
- Carpentry & Joinery: Installing and repairing doors, fittings, and fixtures
- Plastering & Gyprock: Professional patching and finishing work
- Painting: Interior and exterior painting, including detailed touch-ups
- General Maintenance: Various property repairs as required across the site
- Coordinating with other trades and departments for integrated maintenance solutions
