Your opportunity to join our team
In this role as a Process worker, you will be supporting our Further Processing Plant. This hands-on role offers night shifts from Mondays to Fridays, with some weekend work as well. We have a variety of casual and permanent roles available.

Daily Tasks
Process and inspect raw materials safely and systematically, according to the quality specifications.
Perform manual handling tasks which include lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace.
Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools.
Ability to work in a cold environment.
Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks.
Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks.
Being an active, committed, and reliable team member.
You will bring to this role
Ability to work under minimum supervision in a small team.
Capable of performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards.
Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Good command of English both verbal and written.
Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
Candidates with a Forklift license are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates who are keen to work in our Protein Conversion Plant, holder of an Elevated Work Platform certificate, and/or Boiler ticket would be an advantage.
Good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 5kg- 15kg
