Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Person to join our Hatchery team in Pakenham. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Repairing and installing equipment, and assisting with preventative maintenance planning
Troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems
Working with mechanical equipment (welding skills are a bonus)
Completing general maintenance repairs
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Experience in automation and mechanical maintenance
Welding or fabrication skills (advantageous)
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
A motivated, reliable and punctual work ethic
