Job Description

As a Team Leader at Inghams in Osborne Park, you will play a pivotal role in the 520 - PRIMARY PROCESSING department. This Permanent - Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a team in achieving operational excellence. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations within the primary processing department.
  • Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall workflow.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to a positive work culture that prioritises teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
