As a Team Leader at Inghams in Osborne Park, you will play a pivotal role in the 520 - PRIMARY PROCESSING department. This Permanent - Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a team in achieving operational excellence. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations within the primary processing department.
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Overseeing day-to-day activities to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall workflow.
Monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
