We are seeking Live Bird Hangers to join our Tahmoor Primary Turkey Processing Site. In this vital role, you will ensure humane handling and processing of live birds while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven production environment.

Daily Tasks

• Perform manual handling tasks, including removing, gripping and hanging large 15kg-25kg live turkeys on a moving line in a repetitive manner
• Ensuring livestock is treated in a humane manner by self and others
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets

You Will Bring to This Role

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting from 15kg - 25kg repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
