Job Description

Your opportunity to join our team

We are looking for pro-active, dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a desire to take on a team leader role on an afternoon shift & night shift, within the Distribution section. This will be a hands-on role, with the successful applicants being required to work with their team in the area, whilst also providing leadership and direction on a day-to-day basis.

Two position currently exist, one on afternoon shift & one on night shift:

  • 2:00pm – 10:06pm
  • 10:00pm – 06:06am

Responsibilities include

  • Supervise, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
  • Establish, communicate and monitor safety standards and lead corrective action in areas of high risk.
  • Coach and develop the Dispatch team to ensure they have the capability to meet the performance goals.
  • Identify and manage Food Safety and Quality issues, hazards and risks.
  • Lead by example and ensure QA standards are maintained.
  • Identify maintenance needs.
  • Assist with GMP, Housekeeping and audit standards
