We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our team. This dynamic role will see you partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead and stakeholders across the country, attracting and recruiting key talent into their teams.

In this high-volume recruitment role, you will focus on sourcing and hiring wage employees, including for some of our most critical and in-demand roles across the business. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our teams and help drive the success of our operations.

Daily Tasks

  • End-to-end volume wage recruitment across Primary Processing, Further Processing, Distribution, and Farming operations
  • Contribute to recruitment data and insights reporting
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and business requirements
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience at every stage
  • Generate employment contracts and support leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Performance team locally and nationally as required

You will bring to this role

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment – agency or internal
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and a strong desire to learn and broaden your HR experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Human Resource graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
