We are looking for dedicated and hard-working Farm Hands to join our team at Toowoomba Farms. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the care and welfare of our birds, as well as contributing to the overall cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the farming operation. Whether you have prior farming experience or are looking to start your career in agriculture, we’d love to hear from you.

Daily Tasks
- Assist with the day-to-day care of poultry, including feeding, monitoring, and handling
- Carry out cleaning, sanitisation, and general farm maintenance tasks
- Monitor bird health and report any irregularities
- Maintain accurate records and comply with biosecurity and animal welfare standards
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely
- Support farm management with other operational tasks as needed
- Work starts at 7:00 am, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required
- Varying hours depending on farm needs
You will bring to this role
- A positive and reliable work ethic
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around animal welfare and hygiene
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Previous experience in farming or animal care (advantageous but not essential)
