We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented team member to join us as an Integrated Supply Planner. Working with one of our key customers, you will drive collaboration, data analysis and achieve strong outcomes whilst giving our customer a voice within the business.
This role is based onsite with one of our main customers at Bella Vista, NSW, but also includes on-site days at Inghams’ North Ryde Head Office.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a pivotal link between Inghams and the customer including developing and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring high level communication and performing key analytical tasks
- Generate supply plans to manage sales requirements of the short lifecycle and high demand volatility products
- Provide Inghams with key insights from the customer to help the business succeed
- Analyse data to drive action within the business, such as comparisons of sales v. forecast
- Apply statistical analysis to provide insights, trends, anomalies, variables, etc and make recommendations to support the demand plan
- Maintain master data related to the customer and Inghams
- Manage the portfolio to deliver the best results possible and to meet the customer’s KPI’s, working as a team to align customer and supplier plans to achieve successful outcomes
- Support high level event management including NPD, product deletions, Christmas, major promotions etc
- Ensure an end-to-end understanding of the supply chain and product landscape
- Understand customer systems, tools, and policies, and the skills to use them to achieve the desired outcomes
- Identify system related issues and work on solutions to minimise business impact
- With a continuous improvement mindset, develop streamlined processes to improve the functionally of the role
- Lead a weekly meeting between Inghams and the customer, reflecting on CSL and OBSL performance and delivering key insights
- Order maintenance
Key requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a FMCG organisation with ISP experience particularly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce
- Ability to influence a situation to achieve your desired outcome in a respectful way
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create insightful reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to process changes with resilience
