Your opportunity to join our team
We’re seeking reliable and experienced operators to support our warehouse operations in a cold storage environment. This role involves operating high reach forklifts, picking and packing orders, and general warehouse tasks.
We offer Day shifts (Monday to Saturday) and Afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday). A current forklift licence, minimum 12 months of experience on Crown forklifts, and cold storage experience are required.

Daily Tasks
- High Reach / LO stockpicker / Counterbalance forklift driving
- Unload/load inbound and outbound stock and efficiently stack pallets
- Quality control: Ensuring shipment accuracy, checking and reporting quality variances
- Ensuring labelling of products is correct according to product and consumer specifications
- Picking and packing using RF scanners – all roles require forklift use
- Manual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
- Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools
- Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks
You will bring to this role:
- Current LF/LO/HR licence with at least 12 months of experience on Crown forklifts
- Previous cold storage experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit and able to repetitively lift up to 25kg
- Flexibility to cover various shifts when required
