Daily Tasks:

• Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets while ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, pushing, and bending (up to 20 kg).
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing materials, equipment, and tools.
• Identify and escalate food safety or quality concerns, hazards, and risks.
• Support the team in achieving productivity targets.

You Will Bring to This Role:

• Understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Physically fit and able to repetitively lift between 5 kg to 20 kg.
• Flexibility and a willingness to work across various shifts as needed.
• A forklift licence is desired but not essential.
