Daily Tasks
• Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team to achieve operational targets
• Oversee stock movement, storage, and dispatch activities
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and complete reporting tasks
You Will Bring to This Role
• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution setting
• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of warehousing processes, inventory management, and logistics
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold storage environment
