We are seeking Process Workers to join our Tahmoor Primary Turkey Processing Site. In this hands-on role, you will be involved in processing, packing, and quality-checking turkey products, ensuring they meet our high company standards.

Daily Tasks

• Operate production line equipment to process and package turkey products
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, cutting, trimming, and packing
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets
• Accurately complete production records and reports

You Will Bring to This Role

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
• Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)
