We are looking for Farm Hands to join our team in Bargo. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while supporting the day-to-day operations of our farm. Daily Tasks

• General farm duties, including feeding and monitoring poultry
• Checking and maintaining bird health and welfare
• Cleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipment
• Monitoring and adjusting farm climate control systems
• Assisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as needed
• Day and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)
• Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions

You will bring to this role

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment to consistent work hours
• A strong focus on safety and animal welfare
• Ability to perform manual labour in a farm environment
• Own transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
• Ability to lift up to 30kg
• Comfortable handling live birds (turkeys)
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 38 hours per week
