We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to join our Primary Processing Plant in Murarrie on the afternoon shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our production lines run smoothly by maintaining equipment and troubleshooting electrical issues to minimise downtime.

Position Details:
- Monday – Friday
- 38-hour week
- Full-time, fixed roster
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:06 PM (13:00 – 21:06)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise downtime
- Install, repair, and upgrade electrical systems and components
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues
- Accurately complete maintenance records and reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability
What You Bring to the Role:
- Queensland Electrical Licence (essential)
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands
- Familiarity with PLC systems (desirable)
- A proactive and positive attitude
