We are looking for two experienced Supervisors (AM and PM shift) to join our Lytton Distribution team to manage our labelling production room, known at Inghams as the Weigh Label Room (WLR).
This is a busy environment, comprising of around 30 team members per shift, who are responsible for inspecting, packing, weighing and labelling poultry products. The WLR operates across three shifts, on a 24/7 operation.
We are seeking someone from a similar production environment with experience managing a large team in a fast paced, KPI-driven environment. Prior experience in a food related industry would be highly regarded.

- Proven experience driving continuous improvement, with knowledge of 5S, TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma.
