Job Description

Your opportunity to join our team in Macquarie Park!

As Customer Service Representative you will be part of our friendly Customer Service team that thrives on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.  Working Monday to Friday, you will support a broad range of customers across our Retail, Foodservice and Wholesale channels, ensuring they receive a first-class customer experience!

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to our existing customers, assisting with product enquiries, order queries and delivery issues, and supporting them in choosing the right products for their business
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including our distribution centres for transport and delivery matters, and BDMs for orders and other customer support issues
  • Complete daily call cycle and key in orders 
  • Provide information and upselling on Inghams products
  • Provide administrative support to the wider customer service team and BDMs
  • Accurately process credits, ensuring timely updates to accounts, and reconciling discrepancies

Key requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and administration skills
  • Superior communication skills, able to communicate effectively by phone and email
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and also work independently
  • Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
