Job Description

Your opportunity to lead a strategic QSR partnership!

As National Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting one of Inghams’ most significant and strategically important QSR partnerships – KFC. 

You will provide administrative and account support and manage national supply relationships across multiple distribution channels and store networks.

This is the perfect next step for a bright, motivated graduate with 2-3 years’ experience, eager to deepen their FMCG expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial setting.

This role can be based at our Macquarie Park head office or any other state in AU.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and accountability as the primary administrative point of contact for KFC, working closely with the National Business Manager
  • Manage promotional activities with KFC and coordinate inventory based on promotional demands
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across supply chain, logistics, product development, and customer service teams
  • Work with operations to support supply and demand balancing and forecasting to deliver on customer commitments
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customer stakeholders, presenting performance analytics and forward-looking initiatives
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer contacts and senior stakeholders, acting as the primary commercial interface
  • Manage multiple concurrent commercial initiatives whilst maintaining service excellence and DIFOT commitments
  • Support with reporting, pricing coordination and other administrative tasks as required

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a National Account Executive, Category, Sales or Marketing role
  • Sound administration skills and analytical capability
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and delivering results to tight timelines
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving with genuine curiosity about customer business drivers
  • A positive, driven attitude with genuine passion for what you do
