Your Opportunity to Join Our Team

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Technician to join our team at the Primary Processing Plant in Osborne Park, WA.

This Permanent Full-Time role is based on the PM shift and is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Shift Time: Monday to Friday 2:30PM-10:51PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Animal Welfare verification
  • CCP verification
  • Plant & product temperature checks
  • Verification of process control forms
  • Daily KPI data entry and monitoring
  • Daily pH & temperature probe verification
  • Pre-operational cleaning checks in the slaughter area
  • Allergen, GMP & internal audits
  • Conducting locker audits
  • Completing customer-specific cutting assessments

You Will Bring to This Role

  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Previous experience in a ready-to-eat environment or poultry processing (desirable).
  • HACCP & internal auditor training (desirable)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or similar (preferred).
