As one of the Weigh Label Room Supervisor at Victoria’s Inghams Distribution Centre, you will engage and lead the team on afternoon shift to drive performance in the achievement of established goals.
Working closely with the DC Operations Manager in this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced weigh label room operators to ensure smooth operations, efficiency, and adherence to the quality and safety standards in the Weigh Label Room.
Offering PM shift: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
Responsibilities include
- Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive culture for both individuals and the group.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to policies and providing clear expectations and ongoing support.
- Manage resources effectively, using labour and equipment to maximise safety, profitability, and meet customer needs.
- Work with other teams to find ways to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Analyse data to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure equipment maintenance is regularly carried out.
- Set and achieve key performance goals.
- Plan for team growth, developing all members for future roles.
- Demonstrate company values and behaviours consistently.
- Collaborate with Sales and Planning to determine needs for demand, supply, and labour.

- Strong supervisor/management experience in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics in FMCG, including Cold Chain, GMP, and HACCP.
- Lead and influence a diverse team in a fast-paced environment using inclusive management.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement
- Take initiative to achieve business KPIs while maintaining safety and customer service.
- Strong leadership and engagement skills to create a collaborative work environment.
