Job Description

Your opportunity to join our team:

We’re currently looking for a Workers’ Compensation Administrator to join our team, based in North Ryde, NSW. This role plays a critical part in supporting our national case management team, ensuring workers’ compensation claims, payments, and documentation are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with legislative and company requirements.

Daily Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to case managers across multiple sites
  • Manage incoming mail and email requests, including payments, documentation, and general enquiries
  • Process workers’ compensation payments and maintain accurate records across systems
  • Create and manage supplier records, including onboarding new suppliers and processing payments
  • Accurately enter and maintain claim, injury, and employee data, ensuring compliance with regulatory coding and audit requirements
  • Support the creation and administration of claims, including initial data entry and system setup
  • Prepare and upload medical reports, certificates, and documentation, ensuring they are correctly filed and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Update systems with payroll and employee data to ensure accuracy across records
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and act as a key point of contact for the team
  • Support scanning, archiving, and document management processes
  • Maintain compliance with workers’ compensation legislation and internal procedures

You will bring to this role:

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and managing high volumes of information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in administration (workers’ compensation administrative experience highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation and regulatory requirements desired
