Your opportunity to join the Growth team in North Ryde
We are looking for a commercially minded senior analyst to join the Growth team in North Ryde, a role offering real exposure, variety, and the opportunity to help shape meaningful business decisions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business, structuring ambiguous problems, building rigorous analytical models, and turning data into clear strategic and commercial recommendations that will influence the direction of the business.
You will work with a range of stakeholders to tackle complex and consequential decisions. This isn’t a reporting role; you will use data to solve complex problems, build scenario models, and support commercial and strategic decision-making.
You’ll bring depth across growth evaluation, financial and scenario modelling, and supply chain strategy — connecting operational realities to enterprise-level choices.
What you’ll do
- Build rigorous financial, scenario, sensitivity, and decision-tree models to evaluate strategic options and surface key trade-offs for senior decision-makers
- Provide analysis that contributes to pricing, margin improvement, and commercial initiatives, and support commercial agreements
- Partner with teams across strategy, operations, supply chain, and finance to solve business challenges and deliver commercial analysis and insight that supports strategy execution and confident decision-making
- Analyse competitive, consumer, regulatory, and macroeconomic trends and translate them into clear strategic implications
- Apply strong commercial thinking to connect the numbers to real business outcomes
- Synthesise large volumes of internal and external data into concise, insight-led outputs for executive and leadership audiences
What you’ll bring
- 5–8 years in strategy, management consulting, or a senior analytical role within a complex commercial environment
- A track record of structuring and solving complex problems — from defining the question to delivering the recommendation
- Strong commercial acumen — an instinct for what drives value and the ability to connect analytical outputs to real business decisions
- Advanced financial and analytical modelling capability, with strong data visualisation skills and comfort with large, complex datasets
- An ability to leverage data, AI, and emerging tools to sharpen analysis and generate faster, deeper insight
- Experience preparing executive-level communication — clear, concise, and persuasive
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or agribusiness is advantageous, not essential
Why this role
You’ll have genuine influence on decisions that matter — working at pace, alongside senior leaders, on problems that don’t have easy answers. If you’re intellectually curious, commercially sharp, and energised by turning complexity into clarity, this is the environment for you.
We’re looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed, people who want to contribute their best work every day and help deliver food that’s… Always Good
